Review process and originality

All papers submitted for publication in Un espacio para la Ciencia must be unpublished and must not be considered for publication in any other journal during the editorial process.

Once a manuscript is received, an initial review is performed to verify compliance with the submission format. Subsequently, it is sent to the General Editor for evaluation. If the manuscript complies with the journal's parameters, it is submitted to plagiarism detection software, such as Turnitin or a similar system, to evaluate the levels of agreement with other published works (plagiarism) and with previous works by the same author (self-plagiarism). ).

If the matches are less than 30%, the paper is accepted for peer review.

If the coincidences exceed 30%, the work is returned to the corresponding author with indications about the changes that must be made.

If plagiarism is detected, the work will be rejected.

Arbitration system

Chapters are published under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0). This allows users to distribute, remix, adapt, and build upon the material, in any medium or format, solely for non-commercial purposes, as long as proper credit is given to the creator.

Editorial process and management system

Un Espacio para la Ciencia manages its editorial process through the OJS (Open Journal Systems) system, a recognized and reliable management and publication platform for academic journals.

Plagiarism and content protection
